Beliso is the lovechild of Olivia Mackay, former food columnist at Ciao! magazine and blogger at Scoff and Quaff.

Olivia is a passionate cook with a penchant for chocolate. She originally started making chocolate to satisfy her own need for a continuous supply during her pregnancy. After the birth of her child, she created Beliso to share her love of best quality, ethically produced confectionery with others. Her daugher Isobel is both Beliso’s namesake (anagrammatically) and chief taste-tester.
